By confirming a reservation at Hotel Alaknanda, guests agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions:

### Check-In & Check-Out

* Check-in time: **1:00 PM**
* Check-out time: **12:00 Noon**
* Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

### Guest Identification

* All guests must present a **valid government-issued photo ID** at the time of check-in.
* **PAN Card is not accepted** as a valid identity proof.

### Pet Policy

* **Pets are strictly not allowed** on the hotel premises.

### Payment Policy

* Full payment is required at the time of check-in unless otherwise agreed in advance.
* The hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations in case of non-payment.

### Group Booking Policy

* Reservations of **5 rooms or more** will be treated as **group bookings**.

**Group Booking Cancellation Policy:**

* Cancellation **15 days prior to check-in**: 100% refund
* Cancellation **10 days prior to check-in**: 50% refund
* Cancellation **within 10 days of check-in**: No refund

### Cancellation & No-Show (Individual Bookings)

* Cancellation policies for individual bookings will apply as per the booking confirmation.
* No-shows may be charged according to hotel policy.

### Guest Conduct & Property Damage

* Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect hotel property and other guests.
* Any loss or damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest.

### Visitors Policy

* Outside visitors are not permitted in guest rooms without prior approval from hotel management.

### Safety & Valuables

* Hotel Alaknanda is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings.
* Guests are advised to take proper care of their valuables.

### Smoking & Alcohol

* Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
* Consumption of alcohol must comply with local laws and hotel regulations.

### Management Rights

* The management reserves the right to refuse accommodation or discontinue a guest’s stay in case of misconduct or violation of hotel policies.
* Hotel Alaknanda reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
