72 hours before check-in:
Cancellation made *72 hours prior to the check-in date* will be eligible for a *100% refund*.

48 hours before check-in:
Cancellation made *48 hours prior to the check-in date* will be eligible for a *50% refund*.

24 hours before check-in / No-show
Cancellation made *within 24 hours of the check-in date* or in case of a *no-show, **no refund* will be applicable.

* Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the original mode of payment.
* Cancellation time will be calculated based on the hotel’s local time.
